**AT this time, I'm only accepting bath/deshed pups 95 lbs. and under and full groom pups

45 lbs. and under.

It's difficult to answer the phone during the day between driving and grooming.

Safety of the pup in my care is number one priority!

Please, the easiest way to get on schedule is to EMAIL or send me a CURRENT

photo of your pup's full body and standing. I require up to date Vaccination forms with CURRENT weight and signed

policy ond procedure paperwork PRIOR to booking an appointment. Submit as much information as possible

by answering the questions below. I will do my very best to review and respond within 48 hours.

5. What is the address where your pup will be on day of grooming?

6. What breed is your pup? Long haired or short?

7. Does your pup have any health or behavioral issues? If yes, what kind?

8. Is your pup currently in heat or pregnant?
